| Below is some basic information to help you better understand how to use our property search facility. We have used the Residential Sales category for this example, so please note that some of the other categories such as Business For Sale, Land For Sale etc., will differ and may contain more or less search fields. | Searching Instructions |

Firstly, please select the type of property you are searching for from the Property Categories listed on the top horizontal area of our website.
We have grouped the property in various categories in order to make it as easy as possible for people to find the property they are looking for. Properties are grouped into relevant departments. |

This is the State Section. You can either choose one state, or Press and Hold the Control key to select more than one State. |

Next you must Select the Suburb. Similarly you can select one Suburb, or Press and Hold the Control key to select more than one Suburb.
Please make sure you select the State first. |

Then you must Select the Type of Property you are interested in finding. Select the 'Show All' option if you would like to see all the property types. |

Please select the Property Price Value Range. You are also able to search on the basis of No Lower or No Upper Price Limits. |

Select the Number of Bedrooms - this field may not apply to all property categories. |

Select the Number of Bathrooms - this field may not apply to all property categories. |

Select How many Garages and Car Spaces you would like - this field may not apply to all property categories.
Note: Other Property Categories such as Share Accommodation will/may contain additional fields such as Pets, Smoker, Gender, Kids, Couples etc. |

Finally Select Search to conduct the search. The website will retrieve property results based on the property criteria you have selected. |
