How do we get started? |

Can I make changes to my listing? |

Yes you can. You will need to email changes to us and then we will make the changes for you. |

Why do we need a property ID number? |

It makes searching for your listing easier. Also, if you choose a display add package, your property will be easily identified with a property ID number. |

What happens after I've sold my property? |

You need to notify us after settlement by email, fax or mail to have your property removed from the Private Real Estate website. |

Why wait until after settlement to remove listing from website? |

If the sale does not proceed you would still have a list of potential buyers/renters to inform that the property is still on the market. |

What are my payment options? |

We offer the following methods of payment: (a) Secure online credit card facilities - Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard; (b) Cheque - Properties will be listed after cleared funds available; (c) Money Order; (d) Direct Deposit. |

How are the signs delivered and erected? |

They will be delivered by either courier or Australia Post and you will need to erect them yourself following the instruction sheet |

You may dispose of the sign. |

How do I keep track of prospective buyers/renters? |

Once you have signed up on an appropriate package we will email you a personalised information kit which will include an open house inspection contact form that you can print out. |

Do I need a contract for sale of land for my property prior to showing my property to potential buyers? |

Yes, it is a legal requirement. We recommend you have several copies to hand out to potential buyers. |

How does the email alert system work? |

The prospective private buyer fills out a form indicating their property requirements, once a property is listed that suit these requirements this property is emailed to the prospective private buyer, so when the private buyer is off at work or occupied with their day to day dealings our team at Privaterealestate.net.au are working hard to find a property for them. |
